Howdy Hi 6 Fingered Fans!
Just a quick status update to let you all know how things are hanging.
Firstly we've finally got Ian back from South Africa where he was stuck due to the evils of volcanic ash. He was over there marring his lovely wife Kelly, who really is his better half in all respects except guitar playing. I’m sure it was a real chore for him having to have an extended honeymoon.
Having him back greatly helps us with writing and rehearsing our new material as I' (more..)

A whole load of new gigs on the horizon and a completely new set of songs for your delectation. Surely you must be thinking, "Cor blimey those 6 Fingered Men really spoil us rotten. Wallz here again with some bad news.
Unfortunately Drew has been struck down by the dreaded swine flu.
At least he's got it now so we won't have to cancel any gigs so don't worry on that front.

We've told him to curl up in bed and to watch The Princess Bride until he gets better. In the mean time I'm sure you'll all join me in wishing him a speedy recovery.

We suddenly realised we didn't have any mug shots of Dan Dan the drummer man, so into the woods we ran to get some new photos done.

We moved into our new room at backfeed studios last week, and it's looking mighty fine! It was hard work shifting gear around, as we haven't gigged for a while and forgot what its like to lift amps.

The new room has a stage, which we have setup on, and we share the room with two other bands. You can checkout a photo here

It is with great regret that 6 Fingered Man announce that Lee will be leaving the band :(

After years of love, laughter, blood, sweat and tears, Lee has got himself the greatest gig of all - a wonderful family! 

So - the search is on for a new drummer!!  Hopefully, the search will have ended by the end of this week as we are rehearsing with the wonderful Dan Rathers (who actually is very reminiscent of Lee - but he's a righty!!) So that's one box ticked for Dan a (more..)
